We have a wide variety of eel skewers available. We offer a limited number of eel skewers, including grilled liver, rolled fins, lotenge (eel liver), grilled eel skewers, and eel meatballs. Available from 5pm on weekdays. As these parts of the eel are rare, availability is limited.

The predecessor of Tosanmatsu was an eel wholesaler founded in Tenpo 8.
We only use live eels carefully selected by a wholesaler's connoisseurs, which are nutritious, "tasteful and meaty", which are rarely sold in the Tokyo market.We want people of all generations to enjoy our extra-large eel, so we use a special cooking method that makes it easy to eat.Enjoy authentic Edomae kabayaki grilled "hot, plump and soft" with Tosanmatsu's "secret sauce and eel umami fat".
